Important: We do not directly process visas or issue employment contracts. Visa processing is handled by our licensed immigration partners, and employment contracts are issued by the overseas employers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a citizen of India to use our services. You must possess a valid Indian passport or be in the process of obtaining one. By using our services, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

4. User Responsibilities

6. Fees and Payments

Initial consultation and job matching is provided free of charge. Processing fees for visa, medical tests, document attestation, and travel may apply and will be communicated transparently before you commit. We do not charge any fees until you have been shortlisted by an employer and agreed to proceed. All fees are non-refundable once the processing has begun, unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Mumbai Immigration and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mumbai Immigration shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to: visa rejection, employer disputes, travel delays, or loss of employment. Our role is limited to facilitation and coordination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
